Description
Introduction
The webbing sublimation transfer machine is a high-efficiency heat transfer equipment specially designed for continuous webbing materials such as polyester webbing, lanyards, luggage straps, and garment accessories. The machine adopts a seamless steel tube structure with a Teflon-coated surface, providing excellent non-stick performance and stable heat conduction. Under high temperature and pressure conditions, it accurately transfers patterns into the webbing fibers, resulting in vivid colors, clear layers, and excellent resistance to washing and abrasion.
The machine is equipped with a high-precision oil-heat conduction constant temperature system, ensuring uniform and stable heating for consistent transfer quality during long-term continuous production. In addition, it features a highly stable conveying system and can be optionally equipped with an automatic edge correction device, effectively preventing webbing deviation and enabling high-precision continuous operation. The tension control system dynamically adjusts webbing tension, ensuring smooth and stable running throughout the production process.
With a dedicated groove-guided positioning structure, the machine achieves precise axial alignment of the webbing, further improving registration accuracy and pattern consistency. The sublimation transfer printing process for ribbons involves transferring a design or text onto the surface of a ribbon through thermal sublimation. This process requires two specialized printing equipment:
1. An inkjet printer—the design is printed onto sublimation transfer paper using a dedicated inkjet printer.
2. A ribbon thermal transfer machine—the design from the sublimation transfer paper is transferred onto the ribbon.
