Wire thread tap: a tool for tapping thread holes. The screw taps are divided into straight groove screw taps and spiral groove screw taps. The spiral groove screw taps can automatically discharge debris during tapping
Steel wire insert plug gauge: the steel wire insert plug gauge is a tool used to test the screw thread accuracy after tapping the screw hole. The steel wire screw plug gauge is divided into go gauge and no go gauge. Use the plug gauge to detect the threaded hole. If the go gauge can pass and the no go gauge can stop, it means that the threaded hole is qualified
Special installation tool: screw the steel wire threaded sleeve vertically into the installation hole, and the steel wire threaded sleeve shall be lower than the workpiece surface. After installation, screw out the installation tool.
Hammer: after the steel wire screw sleeve is screwed into the base metal, knock the top of the installation tool with a hammer, press the key pin of the steel wire screw sleeve into the base metal, and start the locking operation.
