The cap making machine adopts ultrasonic heat sealing method, frequency conversion speed regulation, and produces non-woven fabrics and plastic film materials. Disposable dustproof non-woven strip caps are integrated into the finished product from supply to finished product. Just provide the material (non-woven or PE plastic film and rubber band) to get the final product. A dustproof non-woven cap and a PE plastic film cap can be manufactured in one unit.
The Bouffant Cap Making Machine produces bouffant cap with overall automation from raw material feeding to sealing inside the elastic band, finished bouffant cap collecting and counting. 18’,21’,24’ or other specifications can be produced by changing molds.
