Oil mist collecter is to collect oil and mist premeated into the air, liquefy and condense it into clean cutting fluid in the mean time of removing dust and complex articles throgh intercepting, filtering process then recycle it into machine tool and purify the air. Oil mist purifier is a new environment protection, energy saving and emission reducing equipment. Oil mist collecter is also called oil mist segragator or oil mist purifier.
This is a electrostatic type oil-mist collecter, the airflow volume it can treat is 1500-1800 cubic meters per hour, the power of the fan is 400W with absorption efficiency rate as high as 95%.
This model of oil mist purifier adopts three-stage purification principle. The coarse treatment device at the first stage is made of fire-proof filtering screen which remove the bigger size particles and oil mist based on the principle of mechanical collision and gravity sendimentation in the mean time blocking the flames; the plasma electrostatic field at the second stage is to absorb smaller particles and oil mist through electrictiy discharging; activated bamboo charcoal layer at the third stage is to absorb extremely small particles and oil mist.
