Working Principle for Meat Paste Extruder Machine:
After the hydraulic station is started, the lifting of the main shaft in the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by the manual rotary valve, thereby driving the lifting of the material piston in the material cylinder. When the material piston rises, opening the filling ball valve can realize the filling work; when the material piston descends, opening the butterfly valve under the hopper can realize the effect of sucking the material in the hopper into the hopper. Continuous lifting can realize the production state of continuous filling, thereby improving production efficiency.
