Work Principle for Cocoa Peeling Machine:
1.First feeding the cocoa into hopper, then the roller peel the cocoa skin with scrubbing and rolling way. There is two rollers inside of machine, it is used to extrude(crack) the cocoa bean broken.
2. Then cocoa bean become nibs. The fan will produce wind and take shelsl out, and into plastic bag and the cocoa nibs is weight and will be down, come out by outlet of machine.
3. You can is adjust the distance of two roller. If distance is long, the final nibs is bigger; if distance is short, the final nibs is smaller.
