Main fatures and advantages
1.Intelligent PLC controlled, enhance production efficiency and pattern accuracy.
2.Machine adopts advanced hydraulic design,when pressing large pattern, wax in main reservoir tank can not fully fill the mold, under this situation,auxiliary tank will continue to inject wax into mold till pattern formed. During this process, pressure always above 20Mpa, clamping force 50t. clamping and injecting pressure and flow are adjustable. Equipment can adapt to different products, increase application scope and adaptability.
3. After wax injection, pressure preservation, and mold injection process, system will automatically open overflow valve, that means hydraulic oil will return to cooler under standby state, so as to prolong motor service life and enhance hydraulic system reliability and stability. Machine also equipped with platen thermostatic apparatus, which can effectively avoid flow mark for big pattern more than 10kg, and can uniquely improve wax pattern surface quality & dimensions control.
4.Secondary pressurizing can prevent large and thick pattern from denting. First low-pressure injection achieve quick mold-filling, then changeover to high pressure-injecting to ensure pattern and mold surface contact closely. The pattern will be passed tightly, and contraction effectively controlled.
5. Injection nozzle automatically adjusted UP/DOWN or IN/OUT.
