2. Descriptions of Product of 12mm sheet metal bending machine
This machine is symmetrical three rollers bending machine, top roller up and down was driven by mechanical transmission, two lower rollers are bending driving roller. Bearing body was reversed by manually. Top roller was lift up and down by turbine and worm at machine two ends racks bottom, ensuring stability of the bending process. Both ends racks are main body of machine, adopt welding structure, eliminating internal stress treatment after welding. Both racks were installed at whole welding base. Main transmission system in machine tail and both racks constitute the complete machine. The movements of machine were centralized controlled by electric appliances, operated on operation table. This machine has the advantages of compact structure, simple technology, reduce labor intensity. The speed of bending plate of main transmission part is 5.5m/min, controlled by gearbox and brake through electric motor.
