      根据对焊机的工作原理,对焊工艺可分为电阻对焊和闪光对焊两种:

       

      电阻对接焊是将钢筋的端接处加热到塑性状态,切断电源,然后加热,实现塑性连接的过程。这种焊接过程在接缝区域容易氧化和夹渣,并要求钢筋的横截面光滑平整。同时,它在焊接过程中消耗大量电力,并且需要较高的焊机功率,因此很少使用。

       

      闪光对接焊是指在焊接过程中从钢筋端部的接头处喷射熔融金属颗粒,产生火花(即闪光)的过程。在喷出熔融金属的同时,还进行氧化物和夹渣,提高了焊接接头的质量,得到广泛应用,特别是用于低碳钢和低合金钢的对接接头。

       

      2、使用对焊机时应采取以下预防措施:

       

      调整两个钳口之间的距离。转动调节螺钉使控制杆处于左限位时,钳口之间的距离应为两个焊接件的总伸长与挤压量之差。当控制杆处于正确的限位时,钳口之间的距离应为两个焊接件的总伸长加上 2-3mm,即焊接前的原始位置。

       

      调整短路限位开关,焊接完成后(达到预定挤出量)自动切断电源。

       

      根据焊件的形状调整钳口,使两个钳口处于同一水平,然后夹紧焊件。

       

      为防止焊接件瞬时过热,在试焊过程中应逐步增加调整阶段,并选择合适的二次电压。闪光对焊时,建议使用更高的二次电压。

       

      为避免焊接过程中部件过热,必须打开冷却水阀并让水流过,然后才能进行焊接。为方便检查,焊机左前方设有漏斗,可以直接观察水流情况,检查焊机内部是否有冷却水流动。

       

      3、钢筋对焊机的关键操作要点

       

      焊机作人员必须经过专业培训,熟悉焊机的结构、性能和作规程,掌握工艺参数选择、质量检验标准等相关知识。

       

      运行前,应检查焊机各机构是否灵敏可靠,电气系统是否安全,冷却水泵系统是否漏水,润滑部位是否注油良好。

       

      严禁焊接超过规定直径的钢筋。必须先焊接主钢筋,然后再进行冷拔。为确保焊接质量,应在毛毡端约 150 毫米的范围内进行清洁、除锈和校正工作。

       

      作时,作人员必须佩戴有色防护眼镜和帽子,以防止弧光刺激眼睛和熔融金属灼伤皮肤。

       

      The welding machine should be parked in a clean, dry, and ventilated area. The welding machine used on site should have a rain proof, moisture-proof, and sun proof machine shed, and be equipped with fire-fighting equipment. Flammable materials should not be piled up within the welding range.

       

      The welding machine should be equipped with a dedicated wiring switch and installed in the switch box. The capacity of the fuse should be 1.5 times the capacity of the machine. The welding machine casing must be well grounded.

       

      After welding, the appearance inspection shows that the steel joint should be properly upset, and there should be no cracks or obvious burns on the surface. The crankshaft of the joint axis shall not exceed 6 °, the deviation shall not exceed 1/10 of the diameter of the steel bar, and shall not exceed 2mm.

       

      After the operation, the site should be cleaned and sparks should be eliminated. In winter, compressed air should be used to blow out the water in the cooling pipeline and cut off the power supply.
