CNC Pipe Butt Welding Machine performs the joining process of different plastic pipes and fittings using the heat fusion method. It includes PP, PVDF options. It uses the heating system as the working principle when performing the jointing process. CNC butt welding machine, which is produced under a high technology with special design of fusion machines, has the principle of working on the logic of the hydraulic system. In general, the electrical type required for the operation of the machine is 220V Single-phase for RDH-AR160/200/250/315/355/400 CNC HDPE Welders . However, this situation varies depending on the size of the machine. from 400 to 2600mm Fully Automatic PE Butt Welding Machine use220/ 380V/415V Three-Phase for welding operation. Of course, voltage and frequency of pipeline welder can be changed dependent on the user request.
1.Suitable for butt welding of plastic pipes and fittings made of PE, PP and PVDF material.
2. Consists of basic frame,hydraulic unit with touch screen and CNC control system, planing tool, heating plate, basket & optional parts.
3. RDH-A series uses hand-held heating plate strucutre, RDH-AR uses hydraulic heating plate system, Fast change-up time
4. Automatic Welding: the equipment automatically measures the dynamic and static drag pressure, automatically check the pipes clamped tightly or not, automatically compensate pressure, and automatically control temperature and welding time according to the process requirements.
5.Statisctics printing, recording function and USB port available.
Pre-installed welding standard such as CTSG, ISO, DVS, GIS, etc and multilingual languages.
6. Data can be attached to the longitude and latitude coordinates of the pipe joints (optional), and GPS is required.
7. The equipment has the function of establishing welder's library for the welder who has been carefully trained, strictly examined and qualified, and has strengthened the management of the personnel, equipment and construction quality.
8. The equipment increases internet CLOUD system and mobile terminal functions. The management company can constantly check the position of the welding machine, the progress of the project, the data of each weld etc important information through the computer and the mobile phone. It is convenient to manage and save the human resources.
