This Equipment of Welding Machinery mainly by the operating machine, ESAB welding system; TV monitoring system; flux feed recovery system, electrical control system, up and down tracking system, with a very surfacing institutions, water cooling system and other components.
Main feactures:
1. The opsitioner is composed of electric trolley, electric slewing, pneumatic locking, manual locking, electric skateboard (a set of 1000*500 mm, another set of 1000+1000*500 mm), rotating mechanism and so on;
2. Strip surfacing welding head and welding wire electrode in 2000 mm diameter cylinder.
3. Two welding head with 50 kg wire tray, and separate with a set of 300 kg wire tray;
4. The machine is equipped with a walking platform on the crossbeam, two machine head with operation platform, near cylinder welding, the platform needs to be manually removed, the operator column with repair, climbing ladder
