Poly Pipe Saddle Welding Equipment for Reducing Tee
Hydraulic Poly Pipe Saddle Fusion Machine is for the production of 90-degree reducing tees from standard HDPE pipe sections. Capacity Main pipe 630 to 1200mm ,branch pipe 315-630mm. This fittings is called reducing tee. HDPE Reducing Tee is usually used to supply water or gas to an area from a main pipeline, as they have a smaller off-take (and therefore less flow) than the original pipeline. The Polyethylene Pipe Saddle Welding Machine is constructed to allow operation by one person, incorporating main pipe clamp, branch pipe clamps, hydraulically removed the heating plate with curved elements and integrated hole saw for final removal of pipe coupon. The welding is by the way of butt fusion, and welding process can refere to DVS2207 welding parameters.
