Product Introduction
Continuous Rotary Charcoal Furnace used to transfer material into charcoal. Allow the material to uundergo high-temperature pyrolysis under low oxygen conditions, remove impurities, and obtain the final carbon portion. And this type suitable for small size material less than 20mm. Like sawdust, plam shell, rice husk, peanut shell, biomass, bamboo powder etc.Materials go into the carbonizing drum by a screw conveyor, and move to the other side with hot temperature, and become carbonized, then get out of the furnace by a cooling conveyor with water circulation system. Equipment also match purification system, during carbonization, generate combustible gas will be cleaned up and return furnace to heat itself. This machine is fully automatic, it has a PLC control cabinet, no need worker when its working.
