Q2: What's your payment term?
A2: T/T, L/C, D/P and negotiable methods of payment. Usually, pre-paid 30% deposit then pay the balance before delivery.
Q3: What's the method, cost and time of transportation?
A3: By express about 5-8 days, by ship about 20-40 days, by air about 4 days. The cost depends on the quantity, the type of product and the mode of transportation, we will provide the specific quotation for each inquiry.
Q4: Can you do OEM / ODM orders?
A4: Yes, we accept OEM/ODM order as we have a professional technical team and strong production capacity we can customize the corresponding products according to the pictures such as plush toy, TPR toy, rope toy, pet house, pet bed, etc.
Q5: May I know the production state of my order?
A5: Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order in time if you need.
