Packing & Delivery

For sample order, usually shipped by express, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL... Shipping time 4-9 days.
For bulk order, we offer FOB, CIF terms.
For Amazon order, we offer free sticker service and DDP air or train shipping. Air DDP shipping time 8-15 days, sea DDP shipping time 20-45 days.

Q2: Is it all right to brand own logo on products and accept other customization?

A2: Yes, we can do laser engrave, silk print or hang a tag with your logo on the products. And customization is acceptable for us including shape, size as well as packing details.

Q3: Can I have a sample order?

Q4: How much of my own design? Is possible refund once placing mass production?

A4: 1) Molding and sample fee should depend on your design. 2) Sample charge fee return once place larger order. Please notice that all samples we send out not include shipping fee. Hope your understanding!
