Q2: Is it all right to brand own logo on products and accept other customization?

A2: Yes, we can do laser engrave, silk print or hang a tag with your logo on the products. And customization is acceptable for us including shape, size as well as packing details.

Q3: Can I have a sample order?

A3: We are so glad to provide our sample for you to check our quality and give you some reference to check with your customer or your local market. We will be your strong support in China.

Q4: How much of my own design? Is possible refund once placing mass production?

A4: 1) Molding and sample fee should depend your design. 2) Sample charge fee return once place larger order. Please notice that all samples we send out not include shipping fee. Hope your understanding!

Q5: What is the best price you can offer?

A5: The price is negotiable, it can be changed according to your quantity or package.

Q6: What is the lead time?
