Working principle:

The 2PG roller crusher consists of two squeezing rollers that rotate in the same synchronization, a fixed roller and a movable roller. The material is fed in from the top of the rollers and discharged after passing between the two squeezing rollers. The squeezing force between the two rollers is adjustable (50-200MPA). After the discharged particles are subjected to high pressure, a large number of cracks are generated inside, and the energy consumption can be reduced in the further crushing process.

Main feature:

★ The discharge port is adjusted hydraulically, and the accumulator is combined with the hydraulic system to ensure that the crusher works continuously at a constant pressure;

★ With hydraulic system overload protection function, to prevent metal from entering the crushing cavity and damage the crusher. After the metal is removed, the crusher automatically resumes the continuous operation of the discharge port;

★ The crushing pressure can be adjusted accurately;

★ The rate of finished products is high, and the finished materials smaller than the discharge opening are as high as 70%;
