The CW series tire-type mobile crushing station is a serialized rock and construction waste crushing equipment, widely used in mining ore crushing, construction waste recycling, construction aggregate production, highways, railways, water conservancy, and road & bridge construction industries. Its emergence has greatly expanded the concept of crushing operations. Its design philosophy eliminates the obstacles posed by crushing sites, environment, complex foundation configuration, and complicated logistics for users, truly providing users with efficient, low-cost hardware facilities for project operation.

The CW series tire-type mobile crushing station is developed based on the new concept principle of "on-site processing" of materials. The design adopts a tire chassis for mobility, featuring a high vehicle-mounted chassis and a small turning radius, making it easy to drive on ordinary roads and even more convenient for quick deployment within the crushing plant area. It can complete position adjustments in a short time, saving time for rapid production capacity formation. It allows for quick changes to the overall process and mobility of the working area, providing more flexible operational space for the overall crushing process. It enables first-site crushing of materials, avoiding the link of material transfer and transportation, thus saving transportation costs.
