Description
The XL-21 power box is widely used in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises. It is used for power or lighting distribution in distribution systems such as three-phase three wire, three-phase four wire, and three-phase five wire below 500V. It is installed indoors against the wall, operated in front of the screen, and the maintenance box in front of the screen is a fully enclosed structure. The box adopts a new type of rotary load isolation switch, which can operate with load. The front door is equipped with voltage and current indicator instruments, as well as main control components such as signal lights, buttons, and transfer switches. This distribution box adopts newly designed components, which are compact in structure, aesthetically pleasing in appearance, and easy to maintain. Multiple wiring schemes are available for users to choose from.
Terms of Use
The ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, not be lower than -5 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃;
Indoor use, with an altitude of ≤ 2000m at the location of use;
When the relative temperature of the surrounding air reaches a maximum temperature of+40 ℃, it should not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, a larger relative humidity is allowed, with+20 ℃ being 90%. The influence of condensation that may occur accidentally due to temperature changes should be considered;
When users have special requirements, they can negotiate and resolve them at the manufacturing plant.
structural characteristics
The low-voltage power distribution cabinet is enclosed, with a shell made of pressed steel plates. The knife switch operating handle is installed on the upper part of the front right column and can be used to switch power sources. There is a voltmeter installed in front of the distribution box to indicate the voltage of the busbar. There is a door in front of the distribution box, and when the door is opened, all equipment inside the distribution box will be exposed for easy maintenance and repair. This distribution box adopts domestically designed components, which have the characteristics of compact structure, easy maintenance, and flexible combination of circuit schemes. In addition to air circuit breakers and fuses for short-circuit protection, the distribution box is also equipped with contactors and thermal relays. The front door of the box can be equipped with operation buttons and indicator lights.
