The heavy-duty hammer crusher specializes in limestone crushing. It adopts a unique design without fence. The maximum output can reach 1,200 tons per hour. The hammer crusher is composed of a casing, a rotor, a counterattack plate, a hammer head, a bracket, a liner, etc.

Working principle：

The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed through the motor pulley, the V-belt, and the main machine pulley; the material to be crushed is fed into the crushing chamber through the feeder through the feeding device, and the high-speed rotating rotor drives the hammer to strike the material for the first time; after gaining kinetic energy The material hits the counter-attack plate at high speed and is broken again; after the collision rebounds, it is hit by the hammer again or collides with other materials. During the collision, the material gradually swims towards the movable counterattack plate at the lower part of the crushing cavity. When the particle size of the material is smaller than the gap between the hammer head and the movable counterattack plate, it will leave the crushing cavity under the pressure of its own weight and other materials, thus ending a The complete crushing process. After the discharged materials are screened by the screening equipment, some of the materials larger than the selection standard need to be transported to the crusher for secondary crushing.
