- The TZD-200 is a high-performance DC LED spotlight engineered for demanding industrial, automotive, and outdoor applications. Featuring a lightweight yet rugged aluminum alloy housing and an integrated high-speed forced-air cooling fan, this lamp delivers exceptional heat dissipation for sustained high-output operation without thermal step-down.
- Powered by a 4-LED array, the spotlight offers three selectable power levels to balance brightness and battery runtime. It supports a wide input voltage range of 20–80V DC and utilizes a PWM control signal (50Hz, 20ms period, 1050–1950μs pulse width) for remote switching and progressive dimming/level adjustment. The lamp head tilts from 0° to 85°, allowing flexible beam aiming.
- The compact control box features a ventilated top design and six mounting holes, compatible with quick-release brackets for easy installation on vehicles, machinery, or tripods. A built-in red LED indicator confirms normal power-on status.
