The Relay Switch Power Distribution Board is a DC power distribution board with switching functionality, applicable to remote-controlled vehicles, unmanned vehicles, remote-controlled boats, robots, and other applications using DC power. The integrated power distribution board is equipped with an 80A relay, which can be connected to ordinary two-position switches or emergency stop switches, allowing quick power cut-off to all devices via the switch.
There are two specifications for the Relay Switch Power Distribution Board: 21~28V and 42~52V. Please pay attention to the safe voltage range during use.
Usage Instructions:
The relay is a single-channel relay that controls the positive power supply on/off. The negative pole of the power distribution board is common for input and output.
Connect the positive input power to Vin +, and the negative input power to Vin-. When the switch is open, the relay disconnects the positive circuit.
When the switch is closed, the positive circuit conducts.
Notes:
When connecting wires, ensure reliable welding of wire lugs and tighten the screws securely;
Pay attention to insulation between wire lugs during connection;
The maximum current the power distribution board can withstand is 80A. Please ensure ventilation and heat dissipation under high-current operating conditions. Reduce the working current if heat dissipation conditions are poor.
