Work Purpose
It is mainly used for automatic spray dust reduction between the supports of the fully mechanized coal mining face
Features:
The thermoluminescence control sensor (transmitter) is fixed on the head or tail of the shearer, and when the shearer moves, the thermoluminescence control sensor (receiver) installed on the transmitter scanning bracket generates an action signal, which is transmitted to the main engine, and the main engine drives the electric ball valve, which automatically sprays and reduces dust, and automatically opens and closes the water curtain one by one with the movement of the shearer.
The host can be sprayed at regular intervals through the remote control, and multiple time periods can be set to save water resources and reduce the burden of underground drainage. The host uses wireless signals for data transmission between the host and the sensor, and the host analyzes the received external data and controls it logically, so as to realize the wireless wine dust reduction function.
