Tongfang CNC full-servo closed-loop (TF series) medium wire cutting machine is manufactured with slow wire travel structure, and the machine body (TF series) part adopts the "凸" shape machine base (the basic of low speed wire cutting machine). When moving in the Y direction, the workpiece will not move out of the body part, which greatly improves the rigidity of the machine tool kinematics and ensures the long-term stability of the machine tool. Both X and Y axes use Taiwan's high-precision linear guides and Taiwan's high-precision ball screws, and are directly driven with Japan's Panasonic AC servo motor, which ensures the high precision of the machine tool for long-term use and avoids transmission errors when moving! In response to market demand, the company also launched the ECO series. It adopts the " ▋" shape machine base, Taiwan Shangyin linear guide, high precision ball screw. While ensuring the quality of the machine, it also greatly reduces the customer's budget.The following are the main parameters of TF series machines:
1. Standard maximum cutting taper: ±6°/80mm; (±10° optional)
2. Accuracy ≤±0.0025mm, positioning accuracy ≤±0.0025mm, in line with GB7926-2005 standard;
3. The best surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm;
4. Molybdenum wire diameter: 0.12-0.2mm;
5. Max. Cutting speed ≥200mm²/min;
6. Voltage: three-phase 380V (single-phase 220V, three-phase 220V or other voltages can be customized), power: 2.8KW;
7. Working fluid: water-based emulsion.
