Industries Where PSA Oxygen Generators are Produced

      (1) The glass industry needs oxygen to burn the furnace at high temperature to melt the raw materials required for the production of glass products. PSA Oxygen Plant supply oxygen directly to these furnaces through pipes.
      (2) The paper industry needs oxygen to bleach pulp to form white paper. Delignification of wood also requires oxygen to break down lignin and other plant enzymes to form paper.
      (3) Metallurgy and the production of heavy machinery require oxygen to raise the temperature of furnaces to melt metals to make desired items. The welding process also requires oxygen to increase the speed at which it joins metal parts.
      (4) Many chemical industries require oxygen to oxidize different chemicals to produce the desired end products. Chemical waste generated from these units is burned in an incinerator with oxygen supply.

      Psa Oxygen Generator

PSA Oxygen Generation Plant can produce large quantities of oxygen for any industry. It is made by Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, which is very useful in gas production. Atmospheric air is passed through a container with molecular sieves that absorb nitrogen that is released back into the atmosphere. The air then passes through another vessel with activated alumina, further purifying the oxygen for industrial use.

      Container Oxygen Generator

      Oxygen Generator Technical Indicators
      Oxygen flow rate: 1~240 Nm3/h
      Oxygen purity: 25~95%
      Oxygen pressure: ≤0.6MPa
      Atmospheric dew point: -60°C (customizable)
Note: The oxygen flow unit "Nm3/h" refers to the flow unit at 20°C and 0.101MPa (absolute pressure).
