Description
The 40-speed DC motor is a high-performance drive motor that adopts innovative multi-speed regulation technology. It achieves precise speed regulation of 40 levels through a unique mechanical speed-changing structure and an electronic control system. This motor has a rated power of 85-100W, and the working voltage can be selected from 18V to 48V. It is equipped with an intelligent shifting controller and can precisely adjust the speed of each gear by 75 rpm within the range of 4600-5000 rpm. The torque output range is 0.5-15N·m. The product features a reinforced aluminum alloy casing and IP54 protection design. It is equipped with built-in temperature monitoring and overload protection devices to ensure stable operation in an environment ranging from -40℃ to 100℃. Its core functional features include: 1) The unique electromagnetic clutch speed-changing system enables millisecond-level gear shifting; 2) The integrated PID speed regulation algorithm ensures that the speed fluctuation rate of each gear is less than 1%; 3) It supports RS485/CAN bus communication and can be programmed to set parameters for each gear; 4) It is equipped with dual Hall sensors to achieve self-checking of gears and fault diagnosis.
