      Description

      The S13/S20/S22 series fully sealed oil immersed transformers are suitable for use in power systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a rated working voltage of 20kV and below. They are used as distribution transformers in enterprises such as petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industry, and places with high dust.
      Main Features
      iron core
      The iron core is made of high magnetic conductivity grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The iron core is a new type of iron core, with a fully inclined joint integrated iron core. The iron core column has a multi-stage stepped circular cross-section, and the iron yoke and iron core have equal cross-sections.
      winding
      The winding adopts corrugated oil channels, non dipping process, and tight strap binding. The windings are all concentric coils. The high-voltage winding has corresponding tap points for tap voltage requirements, which are led to the tap changer. The switch is installed on the box cover and the tap voltage can only be changed after cutting off the power supply.
      Safety protection device
      The 30-2000kVA transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve;
      Gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user needs;
      Oil temperature measuring device
      Transformers are equipped with tube sockets for glass thermometers, which are located at the top of the oil tank and extend 120 ± 10mm into the oil;
      The 1000-2000kVA transformer is equipped with an outdoor signal thermometer;
      transformer tank
      The transformer oil tank is composed of corrugated walls, and the surface is sprayed with dust and the paint film is firm. The corrugated heat sink not only has cooling function, but also has breathing function. The elasticity of the corrugated heat sink can compensate for the change in transformer oil volume caused by temperature rise and fall. Therefore, fully sealed transformers do not have oil storage tanks, which reduces the overall height of the transformer;
      The transformer adopts vacuum oil injection technology during packaging, completely removing moisture from the transformer, and the transformer oil does not come into contact with air. To effectively prevent the invasion of oxygen and moisture into transformers, which may lead to a decrease in insulation performance and aging of transformer oil, oil sample tests are conducted irregularly.
