BASIC INTRODUCTION
Long distance overland flat turn belt conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment that uses steel rope core conveyor belts as traction components. PRODUCT FEATURES
The long distance overland conveyor is a special type of belt conveyor that achieves long-distance and curved transportation. It can perform flat turns, as well as vertical convex and concave turns, forming a spatial curve. This is achieved by lifting the inner curve of the conveyor belt, adjusting the deflection angle of the idler, and using deep groove idler groups to generate an outward centrifugal thrust during operation to overcome the centripetal force of the conveyor caused by turning, ensuring the smooth operation of the belt during turns. By using a curved track, it can avoid obstacles or unfavorable terrain, and achieve the goal of simplying the system and saving investment by reducing or eliminating the need for intermediate transfer stations.

BELT CONVEYOR DESIGN CAPABILITY
Our company's belt conveyor has form the coal mine universal series, the DT II & DT II (A) universal series, and the dedicated series for overland conveyor, flat turning conveyor, bi-directional conveyor, large inclined angle up and down conveyor, corrugated edge protection conveyor, as well as pipe conveyor (pipe diameter φ150~850mm). The main components have been standardized and serialized. BELT CONVEYOR MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY
Our company has the manufacturing capabilities of complete belt conveyors such as casting, forging, heat treatment, electroplating, welding, machining, surface treatment, automated spraying, and assembly. It has four factories for belt conveyor:
1. Conveyor Roller Factory
Equipped with three automatic production lines for rollers with diameters ranging from φ89 to φ219 mm, length ranging from 200~2800 mm, annual production capacity of 1.6 million sets.
2. Conveyor Pulley Factory
Conveyor diameter φ 250 ~ φ 2200 mm; conveyor length 600~ 3000 mm; maximum weight for single set is 12 tons. Annual production capacity is over 5000 Sets.
3. Steel Structure Factory
Mainly for belt conveyor body steel structure part. Annual designed production capacity is 100,000 tons.
4. Belt Conveyor Auxiliaries Factory
Belt cleaners, impact beds, non-powered (or low-powered) guide chutes, hydraulic or mechanical belt aligning devices, three-way and four-way chutes, curved coal chutes, plow-type unloaders, and other conveyor accessories. The workshop also produces intelligent rapid loading systems, unloading vehicles, material distributors, feeders, and other bulk material conveying specialized equipment, enhancing the cleanliness and completeness of bulk material conveying and transportation systems.
5. Electric Factory
