Product Description

Introduction
JUXIN fixed belt conveyor is a type of bulk material conveying equipment known for its outstanding performance, robust power, and aesthetically pleasing design. The Mining fixed belt conveyor operates as a continuous conveying system with traction components such as cotton canvas, nylon, polyester canvas, and steel rope core conveyor belts, making it widely utilized in industries including metallurgy, mining, coal, power stations, and building materials.
Application
With continuous technical innovation and practical experience in quarrying and mining, we have developed the mining fixed belt Conveyor. Our mining fixed belt Conveyors play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the overall production process within a crushing and screening plant. They are particularly well-suited for use from quarry to plant, including the primary crushing stage, vibrating screens, secondary and tertiary crushers, as well as for stockpiling and recirculating aggregate, ores, coal, etc.
Design
The design of fixed belt conveyor comprises various components such as pulleys, the belt, idlers, the drive system, and any necessary accessories or controls for operation. The pulleys are utilized to support and guide the belt, while the idlers provide additional support and guidance. The drive system typically includes a motor, gearbox, and other components that supply the power required to move the belt. Belt conveyors can be designed in various configurations - straight, curved, inclined or declined - depending on specific application requirements. They can also be customized with features like cleats, sidewalls, and other accessories to accommodate different materials and operating conditions.
Materials of construction
- Driving Motor: The drive system comprises a drive frame, an electric motor, a high-speed clutch, a gearbox, and a deceleration clutch.
- Pulley: The pulley shell is constructed from high-precision straight seam welded steel pipe, and the pulley spindle is forged from 45 # steel.
- Idler: High-precision steel tube idlers with reduced rotational resistance. Manufactured using automated roller production equipment for extended service life (exceeding 50,000 hours).
- Cleaning part: Spring cleaner and empty section cleaner.
- Unloading part: Stationary plow unloader and electric unloader.
- Brake part: Belt and roller brake.
- Accessories: Cover, guide chute, funnel, etc.
