The U70 solar mini rail is made of AL6005-T5 (anodized), which have great performance on corrosion and acid and alkali resistance. It's the most economical solar solution that apply to solar tin roof mounting. The components are solar short rail, EPDM waterproof strip and self-drilling screws. It's easy to install and have higher installation efficiency. The solar panels can be placed vertically and horizontally. The typical length is 120mm/150mm/200mm/250mm/300mm/350mm. Using carton packaging, easy to transport, low transportation cost. In common, solar panels are placed vertical, short rail length is depended on the span of the roof crest span; If it placed horizontally, the 120mm is enough. AL-6005-T5 have high strength which meets European design standards.

EASY INSTALLATION ONLY NEED TWO STEPS:
With only a few components, PandaSolar short rail system can be easily fixed with the trapezoidal metal roof sheet, to create an easy and secure mounting system for solar panels. With its low and continuous mounting rail profiles, the short rail system allows the weight and pressure of the solar panels to be distributed evenly across the roof, which avoid heavy point loading that could otherwise damage and deform the trapezoidal roof sheet.
Step 1
According installation drawing, determine the distance between each of U70 short rail, then fix U70 short rail on the tin roof by self-tap screws.
Step 2
According to drawing, determine suitable solar panels position on U70 short rail, then fix solar panels with solar mid/end clamp. After adjusting the position, lock the bolts to fix the solar panel.
