We are a factory that produces transmission parts. Our main products are pulleys, taper bushing, synchronous pulleys, welded hubs, etc.

V belt pulley specifications:

• European standards: Pulley : SPA, SPB, SPC, SPZ; TB Bushing: 1610, 2517, 3020, 3535, etc.
• American standard: Pulley: AK, BK, 3V, 5V, 8V; QD Bushings: H, SH, SDS, SK, SF, M, N, etc.

Most of our products are made of cast iron, and we could also use other materials according to customer needs.

We have mature surface treatment processes, the most common of which are phosphating blackening and electrophoresis.

The maximum diameter we can produce is 1.6 meters.

The blanks and semi-finished products are placed in order. High-precision machine tools are arranged according to the order of production and the type of products. When one processing step is completed, workers can proceed to the next process very clearly.

Quality Inspection

We have our own product quality testing laboratory, which can independently conduct a variety of quality testing experiments and issue test reports.

Specific testing items are: hydrochloric acid spray destructive test, slot test, bushing bore accuracy test, and hardness test, etc.

Packaging & Delivery

All our products are packed in wooden boxes. The products in the box are separated by cardboard to avoid bumps. Moisture-proof bags are also placed to prevent damage to the products due to moisture during transportation.

After receiving the order, we will strictly convey the production requirements to the factory according to customer needs, schedule reasonably, and ensure that the products are shipped on time within the delivery period.
5. Stable production capacity. The machine tools in the factory are all CNC high-precision machine tools. High-precision CNC lathes processed precise turning and grooving of blanks according to the set parameters. High-quality production tools not only ensure product quality, but also improve our supply capacity.
