Material & Strength

The high-strength conveyor belt is made using imported special equipment. The strength of the mesh belt meets the American "Ashworth" standard and has a long service life. The mesh belt is made of food-grade SUS304 or 316 stainless steel, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.

Design & Structure

The mandrel diameter and the chain piece thickness can be customized.
The surface is smooth and aesthetically pleasing and frozen products can be placed directly on the conveyor belt for freezing.
The mesh belt is internally retractable, adapting to different load requirements.
The side guards can be configured on both sides of the chain, so that the product is not easy to slide off the conveyor belt, preventing the product from slipping out and colliding with other structures during the freezing process and causing jamming.

Main materials: Food-grade stainless steel 304 or 316, low carbon steel wire, nickel wire. Structure: Side U-shaped links, cross rods, and an optional mesh overlay.

Process Features

Round rod ends are processed by hot upsetting and are strongly welded to the links.

Features: Fixed position of each spiral coil prevents the belt from deforming and elongating, ensuring durability and stable conveying.
