Product Description

Description of Leaf Filter: Yuwei leaf filter is composed of shell, filter mesh, cover lifting mechanism, automatic slag discharging device. It can also be customized according to the different filtration media. The filter mesh is composed of multi-layer stainless steel mesh, which is installed on the central aggregate pipe, and it is very convenient to install and disassemble.

After the filter aid is mixed with the material in the mixing cylinder, a stable filter cake layer will be formed on the filter mesh through the circulation of the conveying pump, that is, the filter aid is precoated. In the process of filtering, numerous tiny channels will be formed by filter aid particles and suspended debris will be trapped. The cake will not be blocked by adding a diatomite filter aid to form a new filter layer.

Features of Leaf Filter

Mechanical vibration for automatic slag removal, open the butterfly valve, start the vibration slag removal device, and remove the slag by vibration to reduce the labor intensity of workers.
