Device Description
The XCF flotation machine is a pneumatic mechanical agitating flotation machine with self-priming slurry function. How it works
The XCF flotation machine uses the motor to drive the impeller to rotate through the transmission and the hollow main shaft. The slurry in the tank is sucked into the lower impeller from the periphery of the impeller through the inner edge of the lower impeller by the inner edge of the impeller. At the same time, the low-pressure air supplied from the outside enters the air distribution in the lower impeller through the diaphragm, the air regulating valve and the hollow main shaft. Then, through the small hole around the air distributor, the blade enters between the lower blades of the impeller, and the slurry and air are thoroughly mixed between the blades under the impeller, and then discharged from the outer edge of the lower blade of the impeller.
