The motor is driven by the V-belt drive to rotate the impeller, which generates centrifugal force to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, the air is mixed with the slurry. On the one hand, the slurry is mixed with the drug, and the foam is refined to make the mineral bond foam and float to the slurry. The surface then forms a mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the shutter and control the liquid level so that the useful foam is scraped off by the scraper. The impeller of the SF flotation machine has backward inclined blades on both sides, which can realize double circulation of slurry in the tank; the forward inclined tank has small dead angle and fast foam movement. Widely used in the selection of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals, suitable for rough selection and sweeping operations in large and medium-sized flotation plants.
Performance Features
Structural features: self-priming air and slurry, impeller with backward tilting double-sided blades, can realize double circulation of slurry in the tank; large gap with the cover plate, less influence of inhalation during wear; large inspiratory volume, front The tilting tank has a small dead angle and a fast bubble movement.
Performance characteristics: large inspiratory capacity, low energy consumption; horizontal arrangement, no need for foam pump; low impeller circumferential speed, long service life of impeller cover, and double-circulation of slurry in fixed way, which is conducive to coarse mineral suspension. It can be combined with the JJF flotation machine to form a combined flotation unit as the suction tank for each operation.
How it works
When the impeller rotates, the slurry in the upper and lower impeller chambers generates centrifugal force under the action of the upper and lower blades and is twisted to the periphery, so that a negative pressure region is formed in the upper and lower impeller chambers. At the same time, the slurry in the upper part of the cover plate is sucked into the upper impeller cavity through the circulation hole on the cover plate to form a slurry circulation. When the lower blade pulls out the slurry around, the lower slurry is replenished to the center, thus forming a lower circulation of the slurry. The air is sucked into the upper impeller chamber through the suction pipe and the central cylinder, and is mixed with the sucked slurry to form a large number of fine bubbles, which are uniformly dispersed in the groove through the cover plate to form mineralized bubbles. The mineralized bubbles float up to the foam layer and are scraped off by the scraper to form a foam product.
