BSP-S BOPP TAPE SLITTING MACHINE
To slit BOPP tape, the slitting line consists of a core cutting machine, core loading machine, slitting machine, and mini rewinding machine.
UNWIND PART OF SLITTING MACHINE
Low-noise press roller added to make operator more comfortable during slitting;
Optional jumbo roll uplifter during unloading & loading;
Pneumatic fix type: rewind to save effort;
Spooled waste collect: collect more waste at one time.
REWIND VIEW OF SLITTING MACHINE
Shaft is positioned and fixed by air cylinder which is easier than old mechanical system;
Optional auto device: no stop.
Paper core loading machine: To load core and unload finished roll tape
Mini rewinding machine: To re-wind unqualified finished roll
Paper core cutting machine: To cut core of BOPP tape, cutting thickness: 3-10mm
