Application Area
This machine is used for cutting different kinds of roll materials, such as BOPP, PET, CPP and PVC, Paper, Adhesive Paper other similar material etc.
Feature
- 1. Electrical control system adopts PLC and touch screen for control. And according to different requirements of products to set and display the working parameter.
- 2. Rewinding adopts vector frequency inverters, roll diameter calculated by PLC to realize automatic tension control.
- 3. Loading and unloading using shaft-less pneumatic cone top type. It is easy for loading, unloading and with high efficiency, has web guide system.
- 4. Rewinding shaft is double slip air shaft, uses the straight knife and rotary knives for slitting, regularity disc surface, air exhausting device for the waste.
- 5. The system has meter counting, winding diameter operation, automatic stop by setting length you need first.
