The Copper Wire Recycling Machine is dry type structure, mainly used to all kinds of waste copper wire, the copper wire will be separated into tiny copper rice and PVC. This machine can recycle the copper wire which diameter is 0.3mm-20mm. Equipment Workflow
For scenarios with smaller processing volumes, the raw materials of cable wires can be directly fed into an all-in-one machine. After crushing, an air separation system is employed to suspend the copper and plastic particles on a screen. Subsequently, the copper is separated from the plastic through a weight-based method and the friction generated by the mesh surface.
For larger-scale operations, the raw cable wire materials are initially placed into a shredder, followed by a crusher to reduce them into smaller wire pieces. Our pulse air separator then suspends the copper and plastic on a screen, separating them using the same weight-based method and mesh surface friction. To enhance both purity and processing capacity, the remaining materials are further processed through a high-voltage electrostatic separator. This comprehensive system includes a primary crusher, pulse air separator, dust and fiber collection system, and a high-voltage electrostatic separator.
Product Application
Copper Wire Recycling Machine process the waste electric wire and cable into copper and plastic granule. Copper is separated from the plastic, separation efficiency can be 99%. For the copper granule, it can be sold directly or go to further refining. Through our copper electrolysis machine, the copper can be refined into cathode copper in above 99.99% purity. The plastic granules normally are PVC or rubber material, it can also be sold directly.

The structure is designed as splayed alternate shearing structure, the shell of wire grinding equipment adopts water cooling system, thus avoiding, material heating and melting after long time operation.
- The operation of the complete set of equipment is fully enclosed, it is equipped with an advanced pulse dust removal system that effectively collects dust in the production process and discharges it from the dust outlet.
- In view of the fact that the copper wire crusher manufactured in other countries can recover the copper with a purity more than 99.5%, but 3-5% of the copper powder and brushed copper will be lost into the plastic in the sorting process, our company is equipped with electrostatic selection equipment, the remaining copper in the plastic can be sorted out again, so that there is no plastic in the copper and no copper in the plastic.
