Scope of application

It is applicable to the rewinding and slitting of various films, papers and composite materials.

Main features:

The whole machine adopts a human-machine interface and PLC to centrally monitor parameters such as tension, vehicle speed and meter measurement, which is convenient and intuitive to operate.
The winding adopts a variable frequency motor and a high-performance vector frequency converter dedicated to tension to form an automatic control system for constant tension during winding, with high tension stability and accuracy.
The unwinding adopts a fully automatic closed-loop constant tension control system and fully automatic photoelectric or hydraulic deviation correction control to ensure the flatness of the material edge.
High-precision circular knife or flat knife slitting mechanism, simple knife adjustment and high slitting accuracy;
An electromagnetic braking device can be installed. When the meter count reaches the set value, it will automatically stop, effectively eliminating inertia and ensuring the accuracy of the meter count.
